EFEST 2016 - SMA - STORY TELLING

Story Telling                   

A.    KETENTUAN UMUM

1.     Peserta adalah pelajar tingkat SMA/sederajat se-JABODETABEK

2.     5 peserta terbaik di tiap wilayah akan masuk babak final

3.     Pemenang lomba terdiri dari juara I dan II

4.     Peserta lomba adalah perseorangan.

5.     Peserta wajib mengikuti Technical Meeting

6.     Peserta yang tidak mengikuti technical meeting dianggap telah menyetujui semua keputusan pada saat technical meeting.

7.     Peserta wajib mengikuti ketentuan yang telah ditentukan panitia selama mengikuti lomba.

8.     Setiap peserta wajib saling menghormati dan  menjaga ketertiban serta kebersihan selama acara berlangsung.

9.     Pada hari perlombaan, peserta/pendamping  harus melakukan regitrasi paling lambat 30 menit sebelum lomba dimulai.

10.  Apabila ada pergantian peserta yang sudah terdaftar, maka pihak sekolah harus menghubungi pihak panitia dengan batas waktu technical meeting dilaksanakan.

B.    TEKNIS PERLOMBAAN DAN KRITERIA PENILAIAN STORY TELLING

1.     Penentuan nomor urut peserta dilakukan secara acak saat technical meeting.

2.     Peserta yang tidak hadir setelah 3x pemanggilan akan ditempatkan pada nomor urut akhir. 

3.     Setiap peserta menampilkan cerita dalam bahasa Inggris.

4.     Penampilan story telling terdiri dari:

-       Introduction

-       Story

-       Moral value

5.      Peserta membawa teks Story Telling yang telah dipersiapkan dan diserahkan kepada juri  sebanyak 3 buah, 1 buah untuk panitia dan 2 untuk juri

6.      Lomba Story Telling terdiri dari 2 babak; babak penyisihan & babak final.

7.      Peserta dipersilahkan menentukan tema Story Telling yang akan ditampilkan pada babak penyisihan dan tidak diperkenankan sama dengan tema pada babak final. Pada babak final dan penyisihan terdapat 2 tema yang telah ditentukan, yaitu:

a.      Folklore

b.      Fairy tale

8.      Para peserta Story Telling tidak diperkenankan menggunakan background hidup (manusia, hewan, dan tumbuhan) namun diperbolehkan menggunakan properti.

9.      Pendamping dan supporter dari masing-masing peserta yang bersangkutan tidak diperkenankan membantu peserta saat menampilkan cerita (meskipun untuk menyiapkan peralatan).

10.    Para pendamping dan supporter diperkenankan melihat penampilan putra/putrinya dan peserta lain, namun akan ditempatkan pada posisi yang agak berjauhan dengan peserta.

11.  Setiap peserta mempunyai waktu tidak lebih dari 7 menit untuk menampilkan story telling. Time keeper  akan menunjukan waktu dimulainya peserta memulai untuk bercerita dengan rambu warna hijau, apabila waktu telah mencapai 5 menit time keeper akan mengingatkan waktu yang tersisa dengan rambu warna kuning dan setelah 7 menit atau lebih maka time keeper akan menyetop peserta sebagai tanda warna merah.

12.   Durasi  tiap peserta tidak lebih dari 7 menit (diberi waktu kompensasi 20 detik untuk menyelesaikan berita setelah 7 menit). Apabila melebihi waktu kompensasi yang diberikan, maka akan dikenakan pinalti berupa pengurangan nilai sebanyak 5 poin (berlaku kelipatan setiap 20 detik). Apabila penampilan peserta kurang dari 6 menit 40 detik , maka akan diberikan pengurangan poin sebanyak 5 poin per 20 detik.

13.  Kriteria penilaian lomba Story Telling untuk babak penyisihan dan babak final meliputi:

·       Introduction

·       Setting

·       Characters

·       Plot

·       Story conclusion

·       Voice mechanic

·       Face/body/gesture

·       Focus

·       Characterization

·       Use of space

15.  Penilaian sepenuhnya berada di tangan juri dan keputusan juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

               

C.    Ketentuan Peserta

1.     Peserta wajib mengenakan tanda dan nomor peserta

2.     Setiap peserta mengenakan kostum sesuai dengan tema.

3.     Setiap peserta didampingi oleh seorang pendamping dari sekolah yang bersangkutan.

4.     Apabila peserta membawa catatan, maka akan dikenai peringatan, jika masih dilanjutkan akan dikenai DISKUALIFIKASI.

5.     Hal-hal lain yang belum tercantum di atas akan ditentukan kemudian oleh panitia berdasarkan kepatutan.
